A Mother’s Love: 24 Hours of Strength, Wisdom, and Grace
There’s something sacred about a mother’s love. It’s steady, it’s strong, and it never takes a day off. On this Mother’s Day, my heart is full of memories, gratitude, and love—for my own mother, who’s been gone ten years now, and for every woman who carries the title of “Mom” in her own powerful way.
Mothers give 24 hours of their day—every day—offering comfort, wisdom, and unconditional love. Even when they’re exhausted, they pour from an empty cup to make sure everyone else is full. They hold us together, pray us through, and believe in us when we’ve forgotten how to believe in ourselves.
The Bible says in Proverbs 31:25, “She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.” That’s the kind of woman my mother was—strong and full of grace. She didn’t always say much, but she had a way of making everything better with a gentle touch or a knowing smile. I miss her deeply, but I still feel her presence in every act of kindness I give and receive.
Proverbs 14:1 also reminds us, “The wise woman builds her house.” And isn’t that the truth? Moms are the architects of love in our homes. Their wisdom shapes generations. Their sacrifices echo through our lives in the most beautiful ways.
To all the mothers—whether you’re raising little ones, guiding grown ones, or carrying the memory of a child close to your heart—we see you. We love you. We thank you.
And to my sweet mama in Heaven—I carry your love in everything I do.
Happy Mother’s Day.
