Your Dream Has Not Expired
Watching an idea become real is an incredible feeling.
I recently celebrated the successful launch of my online ebook store, Whispers of the Heart LoveBlend Stories. I also started my new YouTube channel, Whispers of the Heart Stories, where I can share stories with people who enjoy listening as much as they enjoy reading.
These accomplishments began as dreams. Turning them into reality required planning, learning new technology, making decisions, and continuing even when fear raised questions.
·What if no one buys the ebooks?
·What if no one watches the videos?
·What if I make a mistake?
I decided fear would not make the final decision.
Many people wait until they feel courageous and confident before pursuing their dreams. However, courage and confidence often develop after we begin.
The first step may feel uncomfortable, but it creates momentum. Each action teaches us something. Each completed task proves we are capable of taking the next step.
Your dream may have been delayed because of responsibilities, disappointment, grief, finances, age, or fear. That doesn’t mean it has expired.
You can begin where you are. Use what you have. And learn what you don’t know.
Write the first page. Record the first video. Send the email. Research the business idea. Ask for help. Take one clear step toward what you want.
Fear may continue to speak, but it doesn’t have to control your choices.
My ebook store and YouTube channel remind me that dreams can still come true. We don’t need to know every step before starting. We need enough courage to take the first one.
What is one step you can take toward your dream today?
